Glenn Noblin started practicing Zen in 1990 with Ruben Habito who became the founding teacher of the Maria Kannon Zen Center in Dallas, Texas. He had been practicing Centering Prayer for four years before this. He is currently practicing at the Austin Zen Center where he received lay entrustment from his teacher, Kosho McCall, in 2012.
